Starting with a pre-vacuum, pre-sprays or shampoos are applied, followed by fresh hot water extraction. Protector is also available for most furniture items.
This is the preferred method, however, there are several other ways to clean upholstery, depending on fiber content and soil level.

Before we start, you can help us to do the very best cleaning job possible by doing the following.
- Advise tech of any special cleaning concerns or problem areas.
- Pick up around the areas to be cleaned.
- Remove all small items, such as lamps, tables, knick-knacks and other fragile items.
- Make sure all draperies, bed skirts and table cloths are off the carpet.
As part of our cleaning service, we will gladly vacuum under beds as long as they are free of items.
Because we care about your personal belongings, please advise tech of any items with which he should take extra care, such as loose table tops or fragile antiques.
For their safety, please keep children and pets out of the work area.
Remember, we normally do not move large/heavy furniture, such as pianos, antiques, electronics, etc.
During the cleaning process, Pro-line employs industry standard procedures, as well as those personal touches and an exacting eye for detail. After all, the owner of the company could very well be doing your cleaning.
We always:
- Pretreat for soil suspension and stain removal.
- Spot clean those problem areas.
- Use a fresh-water rinse.
We like to start by thoroughly vacuuming the working area, a laborious process other companies won't bother to do. Our specialized vacuum exhausts outside, keeping the working environment ready for the deep cleaning.
We employ a hot water extraction methos, proven to remove as much soil as possible, leaving your carpets clean and fresh.
After we've finished, here are a few important tips to ensure that you get the most satisfaction out of your freshly cleaned carpets.
Stay Out! Avoid using the room... your carpets are damp and need time to dry. Just be patient and you'll love the results!
If you must enter the room, we recommend wearing clean shoes.
Keep children and pets off those drying carpets.
To help your carpets dry properly, turn on all fans, run the A/C, or weather permitting, open the windows.
Furniture blocks and tabs should remain in place overnight.
